Situation: PEAK
PR was selected to create the energy and resource efficient brand
for
the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver, acting in concert with
the Governor’s Office of Energy Management and Conservation.
Task: Using
seed money of about $1 million, provided by the State, PEAK
PR was
asked to develop a broad-based public education program aimed at creating
greater demand and market penetration for high performance homes.
Action: PEAK
PR orchestrated a multi-year investment strategy that resulted
in
tripling the impact of the initial $1 million in seed money by creating an
industry matching investment and leveraging relationships with the news
media.
Results: By
the conclusion of our campaign Built Green Colorado was one
of the most
recognized brands associated with quality new homes in the state.
