Southglenn Mall Re-Development Campaign,
CITY OF CENTENNIAL

Situation: The City of Centennial invited PEAK PR to serve on the development team for The Streets at Southglenn, a $300 million rehabilitation of the aging Southglenn Mall.

Task: Assist the city in its first urban renewal authority project.

Action: Assist city management in anticipating a variety of possible issues related to the project; develop a project web site; assist in organizing a community good-bye event.

Results: The project has broad community support.
