Colorado's 1st Active Adult Country Club Community
HERITAGE EAGLE BEND

Situation: We were asked to help launch the first active adult country club community in Colorado.

Task: Conduct community relations and marketing directed at active adults, 50+.

Action: Direct marketing to targeted zip codes resulted in 350 pre-construction contracts, a record for U.S. Home nationally.

Results: Heritage Eagle Bend in southeast Aurora was able to delay its advertising budget for three years.
