FALL RIVER RESORT

Situation: After 25 years of negotiation Noel West Lane, III, former Metro Denver Homebuilder of the Year, is developing the last parcel in downtown Estes Park into an international resort.

Task: Market Fall River Village resort and assist in announcing the donation of 24 mobile homes from the site to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, SD.

Action: We served as marketing director for the start-up phase of the project.

Results: A wide variety of publicity was achieved as well as the completion of initial project marketing and sales materials.
