Customer Touch Points Training System, LENNAR CORPORATION
Situation: We
worked with U.S. Home and, subsequently, Lennar for more
than a
decade on a variety of tough communications issues.
Task: The
tasks assigned to us have ranged from internal communications
to sales
training; from event grand openings to improving municipal relationships.
Action: Our
work has been showcased in more than 50 U.S. Home/Lennar communities
in
Colorado and in 10 divisions of Lennar across the U.S.
Results: We
have accomplished many tasks, including the most successful
introduction
nationwide of Heritage to Colorado, the U.S. Home active adult new home
communities, as well as the statewide introduction of Lennar. Our work in
Colorado has been adapted by multiple divisions across the U.S.
