CITY OF WESTMINSTER

Situation: The City of Westminster is focusing on the redevelopment of its South Westminster districts, with an initial emphasis in the vicinity of 73rd and Lowell.

Task: Build community support for the revitalization of the area, starting with residential convergence and leading up to the rehabilitation of a 150-acre transit oriented development.

Action: We have administered community surveys and a community branding process on behalf of the City.

Results: Produced a variety of products and conducted public outreach meetings.
